You need to use a browser that supports Web Speech API, the latest version of Google Chrome/Microsoft Edge/Mozilla Firefox is recommended. It is a website; theoretically speaking, it has nothing to do with your operating system directly.

*Some domestic built-in browsers by your OEM don't have the newest browser kernel, so you may encounter some issues.
