• Hero Image: We will need to find a new free image in high quality as the current one has a premium price for high quality download

• Sizing and labels were discussed

Action Items:

• @jenchuu : create task for landing page copywriting (need to show how valuable volunteers really are and how we want them to choose an opportunity that will give them as much as they give us)
• @Aveline-art : begin discussions with VRMS team regarding authentication system for 2 persona's ( product manager and potential volunteer)

Meeting Notes:

• Wireframes: additional clarity regarding the user flow. we will be going from the landing page to pop up card with additional details. pop up screen will be a shareable URL.
• Copywriting : Product will own the copywriting and ensure that it is aligned with product vision.
• Authentication requirements: VRMS team will be busy with a few different tasks. Bonnie discussed event model with VRMS to ensure that volunteer availability questions are taken into account when going through VRMS authentication.
• CMS model: project card to be created, bonnie will provide additional information as discussed with VRMS. Sharad and Danish will meet with her for requirements gathering.
• Hero Image: a few new options have been uploaded on to the hero image ticket (#22 ), we will discuss in the comments as a team and then pick one in order to ensure that we have a uniform and high quality image for the website.

Action item:

• @sharadgaurav7 @sdimran to get clarity for team regarding if we want individual icons (role/position based vs category based)
• @Aveline-art @ExperimentsInHonesty to meet and discuss regarding event model for Civictechjobs going forward.

• no updates for landing page at the moment as we are working on CoP Descriptions
• Patty has updated Blurb ticket with her working versions, Danish to link discussion with Sharad (taken from one sheet) to revise and review.
• Hero image poll in progress, will be decided and selected this week.

Action items: @patula006 : Patty has taken ownership of the CoP Descriptions and will work on them, UI/UX will change wireframes based on data provided and @sdimran will help in reviewing @arghmatey and @Aveline-art will meet and decide on developer meeting and advise PM's so that the event model issue can be updated @sdimran to update #36 once Hero image has been decided.

Meeting notes

- Hero image. Option 1A, with laptop in the center will be the final option, Danish will update ticket #36 once hero image has been uploaded, will discuss with Sharad and finalize.
- Patty will continue to work on CoP descriptions after a discussion about format as well as the landing page blurb.
- Ava is meeting with VRMS on oct 25th to discuss event model, will advise once she has further information about timeline.
- UI/UX will discuss Usability testing options next week during their meeting
- Search page updates will be done when Landing page is closer to handoff to development
- Danish will pay further attention to the management of the project board

Meeting Notes:

• discussion with Bonnie around UI/UX roles and responsibilities (see linked issue in agenda). these roles and responsibilities that classify UI/UX will need to be defined, organized and included for PM dashboard when uploading volunteer opportunities in next MVP.
• CoP descriptions have been finalized, Patty will reach out to Abe in case there are any changes and then advise.
• A/B testing will be done for the wireframes that UI/UX have designed with the landing page blurb, and hero image. this will be a collaboration between research and design (usabilityhub can be used as a tool for this)
• no updates on usability testing as UI/UX will be meeting after this meeting to further discuss and provide updates later this week.

Did not get a chance to connect with bonnie regarding gmail account and onesheet review @stephaniestahlberg went through research test plan and team will be moving forward with collecting responses starting end of this week @Aveline-art reviewed the results of the VRMS meeting Project board was noted and cleaned up

@Aveline-art to assist in creating survey link related to randomized version of the survey (based on bias) @stephaniestahlberg and @patula006 to add some context on google form around what the project is looking for from the responses, to be reviewed by @sharadgaurav7 and @sdimran. once survey link and context is complete, @sdimran and @sharadgaurav7 will engage @ExperimentsInHonesty to post on general slack channel for responses (looking for at least 30 responses based on test plan)

Developers: Tasks 1-3 have been completed for developers side regarding landing page front end and back end (#25 ). Test front page will be in progress.

UI/UX: will be creating a new ticket for the qualifier step of the search page. Product will meet with them in order to understand the flow as well as key pieces of information

Product will still need to meet with Bonnie in order to solidify Road mapping requirements (3pm EST Sunday Dec 5th)

Discussion around availability buckets (converting to GMT for saving to source of truth will not work) we need the actual hours rather than ranges of times ( available @ 6pm,7pm,8pm) rather than (6-8pm)
