Homepage does not load JavaScript on Firefox startup, but if Firefox is already running, it works ok.

I made a small homepage for my browser that uses JS to show time and a random image. I configured it to show on new windows/tabs. When I open Firefox most of the time my homepage is broken, despite being whitelisted. Works fine for new tabs or new windows if Firefox is already running.
