Unable to install on Debian Linux

This looks like a great theme but unfortunately, I am unable to install this on Debian Linux (KDE). Trying to add with "Install new software" gives the following error:

Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software being installed: Eclipse Moonrise UI Theme 0.8.9.201404052318 (com.github.eclipseuitheme.themes.feature.feature.group 0.8.9.201404052318)
  Missing requirement: Eclipse Moonrise UI Theme 0.8.9.201404052318 (com.github.eclipseuitheme.themes.feature.feature.group 0.8.9.201404052318) requires 'org.eclipse.e4.ui.css.swt.theme 0.0.0' but it could not be found

I also tried to download the jar file and put it in the /plugins directory. Which did not produce any errors but also didn't allow me to change my theme in preferences. Has anyone been able to get this working on Linux?

Need to have Eclipse version 4+. I had 3.8.1 :(
