I'm in the process of packaging flext for Debian (and derivatives). However, for this to work I would need a "proper" release of flext (for me it's enough if you create a new tag)

So: is there an estimated timeline for the next flext (v0.5.1 iirc) release?

There is no timeline, but i will have a look which issues still prevent a 0.6.0 release.

so there has already been a 0.5.1 release?

i don't find a tag for this, but configure.ac mentions it (so i thought that this was upcoming)
