Many of the papers from the Nakamoto Institute are manifesto-like. They are also from the Internet Age.

For instance, "State and Terrorist Conspiracies & Conspiracy as Governance" by Julian Assange resulted in real political upheavals. It seems to belong here.

There are a few others, too.
