Change machine_id to UUID1

Currently the machine_id is set in the config file manually. We should replace this to be a UUID so we can provision cluster machines without syncing the machine ids. See https://github.com/green-coding-berlin/green-metrics-tool/discussions/582#discussioncomment-7816445

I forgot to note that uuid1 also incorporates time so that it will not return the same uuid ever time the install script (which will probably set this) is run. So it is important to check if machine_id is already set.

Hi folks! Just wanted to let you know (very late 🙈) that immediately after getting into the GMT and this issue I took on a paid project and had no time anymore 😢 I hope in the next free slot I will be able to take this up again.
