I was expecting we'd pursue option 1, running just the Elastic Stack on arm, as we don't have specific plans to support agents on arm yet.

Can you provide some more details on your installation, python/ipython/jupyer versions? I'm unable to reproduce with `python3.7`, `ipython==7.2.0`, `jupyter==1.0.0`.
