ToggleWords Unable to install from Package Control

Unable to install from Package Control, did not show in the install list. The Package Control page says it "Needs Review", and "Package was previously missing and needs manual review to re-enable".

Hmm.... git clone .... didn't seem to work either:

Cloning into 'ToggleWords'...
fatal: unable to connect to github.com:
github.com[0: 140.82.112.4]: errno=Operation timed out

Not sure where the issue is there.

Manual install seems to have worked so far.

Anyway, wanted to let you know it wasn't showing in Package Control. Sublime Text 4 b4143 on macOS Monterey.

For some reason (renaming, I think) package moved to "blocked" list and now need to be verified manually. I did two requests (email) but still no result.
