It's not a new project project, trust-dns has been rebranded and moved to a new organization and repo.

NOTICE This project was rebranded from Trust-DNS to Hickory DNS and has been moved to the https://github.com/hickory-dns/hickory-dns organization and repo.

Edit: I'm not sure how this will affect existing bug and coverage reports of trust-dns.
