No backend logic changed — all updates are front-end only (HTML/CSS)
Uses Bootstrap 5 utilities (compatible with existing structure)
JavaScript logic in CustomerCategoryList.cshtml.js remains untouched

Save/Delete buttons still trigger original JS functions
Form validation works as before
Checked UI on Chrome and Edge browsers
