When using drawio plugin the Bootstrap3 template fixed top navbar hides the Draw.io menu bar

Description

When used with Bootstrap3 template drawio menu bar is hidden by the fixed top navbar of Bootstrap 3

Steps to reproduce

  1. Install bootstrap3 and make it the default template
  2. install drawio plugin https://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:drawio
  3. [insert a new drawing into a page
  4. save the page
  5. click the drawio icon to start editing the diagram
  6. notice that the menu bar of drawio is hiddent bu the bootstrap fixed top nav bar
  7. change to the default dokuwiki template
  8. edit the same diagram
  9. notice that the menu bar is not hidden by the template

Expected behavior: Shoudl be able to see the plugins menu bar

Actual behavior: menu bar is hidden by fixed top nav bar from bootstrap3 template
