:memo: doc/help.txt

Hullo,

First of all, thanks so much for the plugin. It's absolutely perfect.

I just have a small nitpick; I keep having to go back to this repo to look up the relevant commands and think that this project would greatly benefit from a help.txt file.

If PRs are welcome I could (try to) whip something up over the weekend.

I totally agree that it would be a great addition, sadly I'm very busy at the moment, and although it should be a pretty small job, as I'm not some one who creates plugins regularly (this is my first), i don't really know the correct syntax, it will take me some time to to do it.
