Wrong timezone name for Kyiv. #KyivNotKiev

Steps to Reproduce

Unfortunately, the name of my city is the wrong spelling. The name of the city is Kyiv, not Kiev. "Kiev" is an incorrect transliteration from russian, that is not correct anymore. There is a tag #KyivNotKiev and a wiki page with a description of this problem https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KyivNotKiev

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to user settings (https://sentry.io/settings/account/details/)
  2. Click "Select Timezone" input

Expected Result

  1. Enter "Kyiv"
  2. Get the time zone with the right name
  3. Enter "Kiev"
  4. Get nothing

Actual Result

  1. Enter "Kyiv"
  2. Get nothing
  3. Enter "Kiev"
  4. Get timezone with wrong name
