Changes

• Removes lazy load of EventReplay component in EventEntries
• Add features matching mock (link -> button, details table)
• Refactors content dependent on loaded replay to ReplayContent and lazy loads it in EventReplay
• Adds ErrorBoundary to ReplayContent

Improvements

• Adds ErrorHandling
• Still will show section head and link even if the replay fails to load
