Adds a filter to distinguish inline function calls. Requires changes to backend - merging should wait else the filter will just no do anything for now.

@Zylphrex I'm going to hold off on merging this until backend adds the flag. cc @phacops

I don't think we know yet how to distinguish inline frames from other frames on iOS and Android at least. We're looking into it.

This pull request has gone three weeks without activity. In another week, I will close it.

But! If you comment or otherwise update it, I will reset the clock, and if you label it Status: Backlog or Status: In Progress, I will leave it alone ... forever!
