Error while running fastAPI import of pygeoapi

I'm trying to follow Starlette and FastAPI from https://dive.pygeoapi.io/advanced/downstream-applications/

I got following error Screenshot 2022-12-24 at 10 58 40 AM

also I think we need to mention in the document that if we want to use this , update url in config.yml like

url: http://localhost:5000/oapi instead of url: http://localhost:5000
