The first-move timer sometimes says that I have "NaN" seconds left when I'm playing the white pieces. This doesn't actually seem to affect the game; it seems to be purely visual. I've noticed this a fair few times. I don't remember if it still happens when playing the side that goes second.

Also, I have seen "NaN:00:00" or something similar on the main game timer, but I don't remember the exact situation.
