Flag images broken on Docker

Have Docker container on Ubuntu 20.04 being accessed by a local URL, and the flag images are broken. Any ideas on how to fix?

It is showing a broken image, then "Costa Mesa, CA, United States Costa Mesa, CA, United States", which also doesn't seem correct. I would think it should just be the flag image, then 'Costa Mesa, CA, United States'. Instead it shows the city, state, & country 2 times.
