Toolbar icons should display as "pushed down" when their pane is open

When the Explorer and/or the Favorites panes are open, their toolbar icons remain unchanged, instead of being displayed as "pushed down".

This is inconsistent with the rest of the application and other plugins.

At least for me, this lack of "status display" in the UI is very disturbing actually!

@funap After updating to the latest version, I also noticed this problem. I started researching when this first appeared and determined that it affected version 1.8.2.19 and newer. So the last one without this problem is 1.8.2.18 .
