Expandable Card with Subnavbar

• Platform and Target: Probably all, but tested in Chrome browser for desktop.

Describe the bug

The Subnavbar component is above the Card when it is opened.

To Reproduce

Just click in the expandable card.

Expected behavior

Opened cards need to take over entire screen.
