No sure how to send support/logs for this, basically new form setup, have it set to send an email on form submission but it will not, in any way.. yet when i run the "test" feature within the same form it sends it just fine... looks like a hook or something is just not sending it as the "submit" button is pressed.

Form is build and used via the Form Builder feature. but I'm not getting any kind of error log so not sure how to help fix this.

alright, new info :) I found a "fix" for it.. basically in the "content" section I had it setup to both send a HTML version (using smart loop) and a TEXT version (with smart loop). If I did that it does NOT send (even the test says "can't send" but if i try to send only html or ONLY text, as a test.. OR if i remove the html content or the text content then the emails on submit work.. looks like it's an issue with the program trying to send out both (btw no error log, i even installed the js error module but that does not pick anything either).

Hi, we had the same issue today.

Using the Form Backup function, we created a form using an existing form as template. Then, test worked but we did not receive any e-mail on submission.

After deleting and recreating the email template, it worked again.

Same issue. Test email gets sent fine, no email on submission.
