Before merging this I'd like to understand https://wpt.fyi/results/html/webappapis/dynamic-markup-insertion/html-unsafe-methods?label=master&label=experimental&aligned. The tests are failing in Firefox but the feature is supposed to be supported since Firefox 123.

The tests are now mostly passing in Firefox.
