Due to my adhd, I would appreciate it if the app could highlight the words as it reads them during TTS mode. Other apps highlight one sentence at a time as well.

here's an example from desktop software Balabolka:

I just added to a somewhat similar request Feature request: RSVP continous line instead of flashing words #895; Below I will copy and paste my comment from that 'issue/feature request' (I hope that is okay, I tried to reference that 'Issue' but only saw "Reference in New Issue" as an option and did not know if that would be the most effective or helpful action for me to take)

I commented: Maybe this is relevant information for reference (I think so and I hope so!): I am not sure I have tried the method you deacribe; however I really like the method Comfort Reader usea. Further, If I recall correctly, they have insight regarding studies that have measured the effectiveness of the method they use or emulate.

I wish Comfort Reader was still in active development, and had support for more filetypes, etc.!
