"Unable to Find Section x" when x heading begins with a link

Open jozzo402 opened this issue 2 years ago • 2 comments

Here is the heading that's not working: image

When I go to click on this heading in the table of contents, obsidian warns that the section cannot be found: image

I'm able to use links in any other part of the heading just fine, only the headings that BEGIN with a link cannot be found.

It looks like the TOC is including the pound symbol (#) in the heading in these cases. If I create a heading like so: image

Then the broken entry in the TOC will begin using the new heading: image

It's a quest from Rime of the Frostmaiden - https://5e.tools/adventure.html#idrotf,3

also offtopic: Thank you for picking up development of this plugin! My obsidian had been out-of-date for the longest time and I was sad to see TOC no longer working when I finally updated, since I used it in almost all my vaults.
