Add bots and bot_exceptions

Add FullStory, Charlotte and Echobox bot to the bots list.

Add YaSearchBrowser, Cubot, NAVER, MiuiQuickSearchBox and MEIZU_AppSearch to the bot exceptions list, as they were picked up by theBrowser::Bot::KeywordMatcher and were determined to be false positives.
