popup menu restarts again for connection

hello, After the new update of android Wifi connect is not working properly wifi connection is successful but the popup menu restarts again

W/ConnectivityManager.CallbackHandler( 1779): callback not found for CALLBACK_PRECHECK message W/ConnectivityManager.CallbackHandler( 1779): callback not found for CALLBACK_CAP_CHANGED message

I think this two are error for the problem
