Support for querying tasks by task ids

Currently it is not possible to query tasks by a collection of task ids.

The TaskInfoQuery needs to be extended to also support querying by taskIds.

This issue is marked as a "good first issue" since it is relatively easy to be implemented by anyone. Please let us know someone from the community is interested in doing this.
