Need to unify replaceState metrics code (?ga=, ?fbq=) and notify code (?success=) since they probably conflict.

Also: When processing a parameter, only remove the url component that was processed. Otherwise on the Pro landing page (/pro/?college=stanford), the college will be removed after visiting a URL like: /pro/?college=stanford&success=blah) which happens on logout/login returnTo redirect.
