Hello Fabrizio,

Thank you for creating this great tool!

I am experimenting with the composite video output to a 7'' 16:9 800x480 digital monitor. Currently running the base example with the "Interlaced PAL-B Wide" configuration.

Since this is a new feature and the documentation is behind, I ask:

Resolution and color limits of the esp32 ram. Looks like that a proper RGB framebuffer is not used by the code.

Is the pallete version working with the composite out? I'd like to display some 256 color pictures and adjust the modeline to match this monitor.
