Multitasking CP/M Plus - enhancement request to link user numbers to Folders

To enable compatibility of user numbers in submit files it would be very handy to be able to define the user number associated with a folder so that apps can process standard cpm disk and user in a compatible manner to map to a fat/folder file system.

Perhaps a data file or system table to link user number to drive/folder.

It would also require a USER command, and potentially set current user number when a cd to folder is made if the folder has a defined user number.

Also handy to be able to use zsystem compatible file names and drives e.g. B10:WS.COM
