[SDK44][expo-blur][iOS] BlurView loses border when placed in front of a video

Summary

The BlurView component appears to lose the corners off the border (when used with border radius) when it is absolutely positioned in front of a Video.

Managed or bare workflow? If you have ios/ or android/ directories in your project, the answer is bare!
