Relax engine field

This commit sets the engine field to >=0.12 but it looks like the CI runs still include 0.10. Is 0.10 no longer supported? Or was the commit only meant to exclude 0.11? Right now an install on node 0.10 triggers a confusing warning. Would you accept a PR that sets the engine field back to >=0.10?
