HDZero OSD support in configurator

  • ported from iNav: https://github.com/iNavFlight/inav/pull/7668
  • #438 closed for @nerdCopter to take ownership (#449 )
  • Changed some layout of the OSD tab, because when in HD mode, the preview window is considerably larger.
  • may need cleanup
  • may need better UI, CSS, scaling, etc
  • works
  • EmuFlight #775 firmware has some problems due to newer HDZero backpack/vtx config sending MSP, corrupting our MSP which is not aligned with BetaFlight's MSP. (Much like DJI issues)

@ligenxxxx has provided EmuFlight community with firmware that does bypasses VTX tables init for EmuFlight
