It would be nice to see user-created images/videos in the reviews, apart from stock images that could be pulled from Wikimedia Commons.

This is probably not feasible, but it would be amazing to have a one-click way to send photos/videos submitted to lib.reviews to Wikimedia Commons!

It's technically not that difficult thanks to OAuth support in MediaWiki. What's trickier, I think, is to make sure uploads meet the Wikimedia community's expectations. For example, I'm not sure that a photo of a typical non-notable restaurant would even be wanted in Wikimedia Commons. There's also copyright issues with pictures of menus, screenshots, and so on.

Basic support for uploads is now live, thumbnail generation still to come. See this blog post for more info.
