De-uglify front page / base layout

Too much text, too little whitespace. Button doesn't collapse nicely on mobile.

Decluttered a bit in ed811f23017aa955d308f4eec8b7a3f2f8f6b938, the "New review" button still needs work

Changed title as the main thing that need work now is the header/menu. It wraps more nicely on mobile but we should still progressively enhance into a user menu and maybe center the logo consistent with the search box placement.
