Some keys of Apple's numeric keypad are not working

Setup:

• elm-repl 0.17.1
• Mac OS X 10.11.6
• Apple Keyboard with numeric keypad (MB110LL)

Observed: The following keys of the numpad are not recognized:

• [0..9]
• ["-", "+", "."]

Expected: It would be great if the keys are recognized :)
