I'm currently working on one for textures.one. It's an aggregator side by the creator of CC0textures.com. My implementation isn't really working (I'll contact you for help after writing this lol), but it's basically checking if there is a scrapper for the source of that material and then using that one. Since the user won't have to open the original creators page this should only work on sites that aren't ad supported (?), but since your current scrappers are only for ad-free pages anyways, that shouldn't be a problem. Maybe a short notice like "import successful, help creator X make more free textures by supporting him on Patreon (link)" would be nice.

Your last note raises the question of copyright mentions for textures that are other than CC0, reported in #2. I think that in many cases generating a text file along with textures will be enough. If some sources have licenses requiring an explicit message, we'll add a mechanism for this, with the message being defined per scrapper.

Lots of texture sites only provide their downloads via Google drive (for example 3D Textures & Sharetextures). We should maybe look for a python library that can interact with Google drive and add some functions to make writing scrappers that support it easily that to the AbstractScrapper.py.

Sometimes I also use https://publicdomaintextures.com/, maybe it may be of interest?
