Ensure the new POA stack

Since the merge with the KDE stack is now done, please make sure that:

  • https://code.launchpad.net/~accounts-sso-devs/signond/+git/signond version 8.60 is available
  • https://code.launchpad.net/~accounts-sso-devs/libsignon-glib-new/+git/libsignon-glib/+ref/master version 2.0 is available
  • https://code.launchpad.net/gsignond very latest commit is available
  • https://code.launchpad.net/gsignond-plugin-mail very latest commit is available
  • https://code.launchpad.net/gsignond-plugin-oauth very latest commit is available
  • https://code.launchpad.net/gsignond-plugin-lastfm very latest commit is available In addition to this, https://github.com/elementary/switchboard-plug-onlineaccounts/pull/56 , https://github.com/elementary/music/pull/432 , and https://github.com/elementary/mail/pull/245 have to be merged.

It is important to have this in Juno directly to allow the developers to use the right stack directly

What do you need signond for? Since 1.5, libsignon-glib can be built without it.
