Our pagination dependency is using an unexpected default localization for titles

After investigating further - RC Pagination also has super poor keyboard & screen-reader accessibility, so I might just suggest another library altogether.

It's not too difficult to fix, but yeah, I think it makes more sense to swap to a more accessible library in general.
