Hi, I don't have a Windows machine to test with, so this will have to wait for someone else...
I don't use Windows and don't plan on supporting it. Unless someone steps up to fix it, I'll just remove support for the platform or mark it as "experimental."
Sorry, no idea... To be honest, I barely have time to maintain this module. You should check out and see if [Sharp](https://github.com/lovell/sharp) or [Jimp](https://github.com/oliver-moran/jimp) fit better for your purposes.

I'm seeing this too. It seems to go away after a restart to `td-agent`. Do you have an easy way to reproduce it? The code is aware of the 25...
