Better CSS for mobile

It's especially bad right now as the "Virtual only" filter spills onto a second row. But in general, it could definitely be a better experience.

My best guess is that if the viewport is narrow enough, you want to tile left-div and right-div vertically instead of horizontally. There's probably some cleanup necessary.
