[FeatureRequest]Localization support

Please add localization support, So that I can help with Tamil Translation for this app.

The underlying Eclipse RCP platform actually does support internationalization. If there is interest in multi lang support and someone is up to implementing that for MeGit I'll gladly welcome PRs.
