Would be nice to display list of packages and download details lazy

When Packs view is opened, it would be nice to display list of the packages on the server without necessity to download all details. The download process is quite long and user does not see anything until all .pdsc files are downloaded. I propose to display only package name without additional into and user click on the package, details will be updated. This can be also solution for issue logged as #70.

Proposed solution is on the attached picture capture
