[Feature Request] Touchscreen support

Ability to tap on the left / right part of the screen to change images would be awesome. Not only for tablet users but also for people that rather prefer clicking with mouse. Gesture support eg pinch to zoom, slide to change image etc would be nice too but i guess it will be too much time consuming.

I'd also like touch support. Using qimgv with a tablet (currently the Shift13mi) is essentially impossible.
