Are the Autocomplete and Lint capabilities built into gonvim, or are they implemented using neovim plugins?

Autocomplete and Lint are only GUI enhancements. So e.g. you still need deoplete for autocomplete, and ale for lint.

Are other implementations supported? Like YouCompleteMe, Clang Complete?

Should be if you're using omnicomplete.
