The patches are now back here as pull requests (which will never be merged). See #57 for more information.
There's no text in the titlebars yet. You need to modify config.h to change their color.
I don't choose to provide support for applying/modifying patches/config.h. Please refrain from posting low-effort comments in issues and pull requests.

This looks really nice, thanks for doing this. Apologies for the lack of input prior. From a quick glance at the changes, I see nothing I need to comment on....
I wanted to clean up sowm (I realize now the error of my ways) and decided it'd be a good idea to also learn XCB in the process.
The Xlib version will be forever available via git's tags and the commit history. The xcb version will be far better to work with overall.
wal.vim doesn't support GUI colorschemes but I can add this feature.
Yes it does (I use nvim).
