DnsServerStubZone: New resource proposal

This isn't an issue exactly, but I'm wondering if there will be support for DNS stub zones and conditional forwarding coming soon?

This should probably be two new resources xDnsServerStubZone and xDnsServerADStubZone similar to xDnsServerADZone and xDnsServerPrimaryZone.
