Trained models `h5`-files not available

The files for the trained models (`h5`-files) are not available in the repo. Is there any way to get them to test the results for ourselves? Thanks!

I tried to download the training data from the website（https://www.drivendata.org/competitions/81/detect-flood-water/page/413/）, but it is not available as the competition is closed, do you have the training data available?
