[DOC] Chisels user guide doesn't contains links to "Writing a sysdig chisel, a tutorial" nor "sysdig chisel API reference manual"
Both are mentioned at the end of https://www.sysdig.org/wiki/chisels-user-guide/ but links aren't up

Well, in fact, "www.sysdig.org" domain doesn´t work now: it's "sysdig.org". And "sysdig.org/wiki" URL points to https://github.com/draios/sysdig/wiki so, well, this issue is now irrellevant
